Armers Moncure
In 1999, he began as a diversity practitioner at Allegis Group; the largest privately held staffing company in the U.S. Where, in addition to his prime duties of driving business growth, Armers took on the responsibility of developing and executing a strategic plan to recruit and retain more diverse talent, create more inclusive work environments, and participate in the development of the corporate mission statement for the company’s Diversity Council.
Today, his areas of speaking, consulting and training focus and expertise include Unconscious Bias, Cultural Competence, Employee Engagement, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills. Recently, Armers piloted new approaches to integrating best practices in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement.
Since 2010, Armers has trained over 75,000 Leaders, Managers, and Staff throughout the US, in 10 countries, and on three continents. His experience includes working with everyone from the Board of Directors, C-Suite members, and National and Multinational Leadership Teams to VPs, Directors, and staff, across 100 different companies in more than 30 different industries.

A graduate of Jackson State University, Armers has extensive experience working in the Healthcare, Staffing, and Direct Sales industries in various capacities of training, business development, and management. Armers lives in Irving, TX, with his beautiful and extremely supportive wife, Kyle.
